How long does it take to dry?

How long does it take to dry?
2-24 hours depending on the fiber, presprays used, humidity, if Teflon application was applied, etc.

Can I walk on my damp carpet?
Yes, you can, but it is best to stay off of the damp carpet as much as possible both to avoid soil tracking and to allow the pile to dry in it's "up" position.

What if I have to walk on the damp carpet?
If you have to walk on the damp carpet, it is best to wear indoor shoes. Be especially careful when walking off damp carpet entrances and walkways to other types of flooring as your footing may be slippery.

How long should I leave the foil tabs and blocks that were placed under my furnishings?
At least 24 hours

My furniture was moved off of the carpeting being cleaned. How long before I can put it back?

Why are there wrinkles on my freshly cleaned carpet?
Wrinkles may appear after cleaning some carpets. This is quite common with certain carpet installations but will disappear after carpet dries completely.

Can all stains be removed?
Due to the unknown nature of of some stains, color loss and chemical changes may make stain removal impossible in some cases.

How can I help speed up the process of drying?
Ventilation: Increasing air circulation with ceiling fans, increased heat in winter months and air conditioning in summer, will help the drying process. Professional fans are available to expedite drying and left at no additional charge.

After the carpet is completely dry is there anything that I should do?
After carpet is completely dry, vacuuming of carpet is recommended. Vacuuming helps soften the carpet and vacuums away the final "crystallization" process that new generation cleaners form during the drying process.

Should I allow my small children and pets to play on freshly cleaned carpet?
For health and safety reasons, always keep small children and pets off freshly cleaned carpet.
